For example, I prepared a study at the Department of Business Administration on the working environment among the musicians in Gävle Symfoniorkester. The goal was to identify factors that affect the musicians' working environment. As a lover of classical music, I have two favorite composers who have inspired me: Ludwig van Beethoven and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. Their musical genius has shaped my appreciation of classical music and is a source of joy in my life. Through this, I admire professional musicians who can recreate and interpret works by such genius composers. My own musical practice has included playing several instruments — violin for Barbro Ekeberg and piano for Åse Fridegård — as well as exploring the rich world of singing. I have had the privilege of singing classical singing for Berit Sellin and in choir in Sankta Ragnhilds kyrka. This experience has given me an understanding of the importance of collaboration and harmony within a musical ensemble. With versatile experience of leading and guiding as a qualified teacher in various educational environments, I have learned to support people's learning and development. I have also worked as a management consultant, where I have advised organizations within areas such as economic planning, strategy, and quality assurance. My experience as a politician within a party has contributed to developing my ability to navigate and cooperate within political and organizational contexts. Having been a deputy member of the board of directors of a party association has given me insight into strategic planning, cooperation, and leadership. As a campaign manager, I have demonstrated my ability to organize and successfully drive projects. This experience as a politician would be of benefit to Konserthuset Stockholm and the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra, as the organization is rooted in political and regional context.
